Not sure if this is one of the R5 development cars or what, there' no info in the description, but I'm digging it, and the double wing is a nice homage to the old WRC Lancer

EDIT: Apparently it's built by !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! a Polish rally car constructor. I'm taking a moment to learn Polish via Rosetta Stone so I can figure out what their website says.
